The Important of communication, role of a leader in building strong communication, efficiency

                        Surely all praise is for Allah the Load of the world. We compliment, worship Him and look for his supports. We also look for his mercy and protection from the wickedness of our own souls and to the mischief in the land because of our low level of understanding (Naft). Whomever He guides none shall mislead him or never go astray, and whomever He allows to astray none shall able to protect him or ever shall he find guidance. I abide that nobody is obliges to be worshiped but Allah (subhana watala) alone, who has no partner in return, and I testified that Muhammad (S.A.W) is His beloved slave and final messenger.  I wish grand him Allah Peace, compassion and sanctification of Allah (Subhana watala) be upon him, His entire family wives, children’s, and His companions and that those who Act upon his Sunnah with piety, compliant and good personality until the Day of Judgment.

 

                                 Before going further let define what is a communication…? A communication can be defined as the process of exchange   of information, thought and Emotion between individuals of groups, in other words, communication plays a fundamental Role in balancing individual and organizational objectives (Boyaci, 1996) Effective communication is important for the development of an organization. It is something which helps the managers to perform the basic functions of management- Planning, Organizing, Motivating and Controlling. ... Thus, it can be said that effective communication is the building block of an organization and Making Decision, Mutual understanding and Co-operation, Raising Employees Morale, Publicizing Good and Service, Exchange of Information, and Elimination of Ramus.

                                   Making Decision, in the capricious business world, the entrepreneurs are to take decisions in diverse areas and appropriate decision making necessitates exact information. The Business Communication aids the business persons to take correct decision by providing right information to the right persons at the right time required.

                                    Mutual understanding and Co-operation, the Effective Communication between the staffs and the Management aids to bring about an atmosphere of mutual trusty and self-confidence. If the staffs know precisely what is expected from each of them and the Management is also aware of the limitations and potentialities of the staffs equally sides will get better of returns. Therefore, Effective Business Communication is a requirement for promoting a soul of sympathetic and co-operation. Etc.

 

                                     The Communication is of great important aspects of effective management of an organisation. Without the communication, even low communication, for example the organisation participants wouldn't know when to come to get-togethers, meeting or what events were to be organized. There are various ways in which people used in communication. Contacting the employees through their email address also safeguards a huge number of people in an organisation that are exposed to the important of information, mainly as most staffs are required to check their email regularly.                            

                                       The Social networking sites by means of communicating like Facebook, WhaApp and MySpace also provide an organisation or club a free and easy method of informing people, without having regularly being updating an email list. The prevalence of cell phones makes available a different of choices for communication as well. The organisation can call members, send out group text messages, receive and send email or access social networking sites through the internet are contingent on the phone these depend on a particular phone type. To Post fliers or having members pass them out in public area around can be operative as well. Any one of these choices can have some degree of achievement, conversely, for the utmost amount of disclosure, organisation should use as several of these options as resources and time will allow. Communication also helps in controlling process. It gives assistances in controlling organizational member’s behavior in many different ways.

 There are numerous levels of hierarchy and convinced principles and rules that staffs must follow in an organization. They requirement to obey the organizational policies, execute their job role efficiently and communicate any work difficult and complaint to their superiors. As a result, communication aids in controlling function of management.

                                         The roles of a leader in building strong communication to bring efficiency in an organisation are as follow: (1) the goal setting and planning, (2) Maintaining of confidentiality in an organisation (3) The adaptability (4) the dedication (5) the organisational meetings (6) the attitude and (7) the Enthusiasm.

                                          (1)The Goal Setting and Planning, It is great significant for a group to form diverse goals to accomplish. The Goals are what unite a group and provide something for all the members in that organization to do your best towards it. An organization that has succeeded in achieving substantive goals first collaborate in defining those goals also as a method they will use to achieving those goals. An organization runs better when all the members are in agreement with the set goals, as a result planning them out as a whole organization is crucial. Effective leader’s duty is to be role models for the rest of the organization however also equilibrium their duties by entrusting the duties to others.

 

                                                (2) Maintaining of confidentiality in an organisation, we do your best to sense safety, self-confident, and relaxed in our daily lives. Therefore in order for members of an organization to sense comfortable in sharing their experiences, thoughts, and stories a safe environment is essential. Privacy is essential for an organization to be effective. An organization is a way to meet individuals that share the same interests as you, do not stray away because of being uncomfortable, the organization are welcoming.

                                             3) The adaptability, If you want may people to be party of your organization, it is significant that the organization and its leaders to adapt. Whether it is adapting to a time to meet with the organizational events and goals, it is significant to be flexible to everyone in the organization has a right in whatever the organization does. By means of time goes on entirety changes and evolves including organization hence when leaders recognize this, it permits their organization to develop and expand. Through taking in new concepts and creating small changes everyone will feel involved in the organization and create your organization more efficient in general. And moreover it is an organization, so people should be open to new concepts for the reason that who knows, they may perhaps be better than the old concepts.

                                        (4) The dedication, of all the duties that a leader of an organization must have the job of organizing meetings is among the most important. There are several different kinds of meetings that an organization utilizes, comprising meetings with administration, meetings with community members, heads of department meetings, e.c.t   Dedication is very significant in any organization member comprising the organization leaders. If you are going to commit to actuality in an organization you necessity dedication to contribute in an outings, fundraising, events, and advertising. If you become a leader in a particular organization you must to be dedicated to plan events and show up for your colleague of members association. Aimed at the organization in the group though membership is lesser once meetings are planned they are now be contingent on the leaders to be there and take members through the planned affair. If you spectacle or show a lot of dedication as a participant you might be one day a develop leader for an organization and show the new participants how hard work and dedication rewarded off.

                

                                             (5) Enthusiasm is crucial in an organization or Clubs. Without enthusiasm very few goals would be accomplished; the organization would not be able to train members because if it looks like the current members aren't motivated in what they are doing. Getting members of the organization inspired about the organizational activities makes it at ease on the leader as well because the members of the organization will be more motivated to support out with organization activities. The more aid a leader can get, the healthier it is for the organization. This takes burden off of the leaders’ shoulders and escalate the members’ emotional state of assisting and belonging. The Vital to custody an organization working and for to be successful.

 

                                             In conclusion, leaders play a vital role in every organization recruiting the members of the organization and guided in controlling or handling things. Giving them chance to share in ideas, innovative leading, controlling and motivating member for the betterment of an organization and continue successes.
